Self Enquiry and Sri Ramana Maharishi

Returning to the question Who am I

Sri Ramana Maharishi’s teaching of self enquiry offers a direct invitation to examine the sense of I rather than endlessly rearranging the thoughts built around it. My practice is imperfect and ongoing. What draws me back is its simplicity: notice the thought, turn toward the one to whom it appears, and remain with the source of attention as steadily as possible.
